When it appeared as if the rain had lessened, neighbours around the area began helping in bringing out valuables that were already destroyed such as expensive television sets, laptop computers, electronic gadgets etc were lost in this terrible storm.
According to a long time resident of the area “this is the third time this unfortunate incident is befalling this area, it happened twice last year and now its here again this year, something needs to be done.
When the chairman of the CDA spoke at the scene of the incident, he commiserated with those that were affected, and assured them that complaints will be lodged to the appropriate authorities.
